We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

 

No weekend deliveries available. As we expand and grow please understand that we currently ship Monday - Thursday using UPS. Ground Orders are shipped 2 or 3 day, depending on your location. All orders placed before 7 am Thursday will ship. All orders placed after 7 am Thursday-Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 3:00pm CST to receive delivery the same week.

 

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

 

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.popcornfriday.com. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.

 

International Shipping Policy  

"We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations."

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 12 pm Central Standard Time the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
